To address this, we partnered with the client to design and implement a comprehensive tracking system that mapped every step of the customer journey. This solution provided the client with detailed insights into the performance of their advertisements, enabling the marketing team to allocate budgets more effectively and achieve optimal spending for each ad campaign.
Once the data was verified for accuracy and sufficient insights were gathered, we developed an automated system that dynamically adjusted ad budgets based on predefined input parameters. Our Process
We meticulously began by capturing data at every stage, from the app download to the final order completion. This wasn’t a simple task—it required precision to ensure every data point was tracked seamlessly. The next challenge was linking this data accurately to visualize the funnel, providing clarity on user behavior at each step.
Once the funnel was mapped, we tackled the integration with ad platforms, enabling us to monitor exactly which ads were active and the daily spend per ad. This level of detail was crucial for creating a clear picture of ad performance.
With all the data in place, we engineered a sophisticated algorithm to identify the most profitable ads and flag underperforming ones. This breakthrough allowed us to automate budget adjustments dynamically, empowering the marketing team to optimize ad spend with just a few input parameters.

We used Adjust to track the app downloads and received callbacks to track installations based on IDFAs. This also included the UTM codes added by the marketing team.
